Actually, this post is a little on the lame side, too.

I just thought this cartoon nicely summed up my fury over Bush's veto. What the hell, dude? Stop running this country like a dictatorship and do your job: representing the American people (who, incidentally, are in favor of stem cell research).

But speaking of dictatorships, this blog actually is one. No more anonymous posters. Dissenting opinions are welcomed (okay, tolerated) but if you're going to call me a moron, you're gonna have to do it to my face (or at least the internet equivalent). Fools.

Yay for my dictatorship! Actually, I just noticed a surge in posts put up LONG after we were done discussing things that were a little nasty. There were also people who came in on the late end with good things to say, or things I would have liked to discuss, but since I'm not a fan of anyonymous posters anyway, I made a choice. Good or bad. Whatever.

TBL, God you are so right. Every time Bush says he vetoed that bill to stop the ending of "innocent life" I yell at my television for him to think of everyone he's sent over to die in Iraq. And then of all those innocent Iraqis who were caught in the crossfire. He "morally" can't support the use of microscopic cells (CELLS!) to be used to help people who are already alive and suffering. Cells that 9 times out of 10 would be destroyed anyway? WTF?! The predictions are tending towards the Democrats taking over the House. I guess that's a start!

No, these were a while back...but I never find them until they're way old.

The Emperor George Jr. has no clothes. ...but somehow 30% still see them.

Ha! Love it! Speaking of Brownie, he was on The Colbert Report a few weeks ago and had the audacity to say that his Arabian horse show experiences actually QUALIFIED him for the FEMA position. Something about how horses are unpredictable or something (!). Colbert beautifully (as always) knocked him down a notch or two.

I didn't know about the casino deal but that surprises me not at all. Also, I agree that Bush makes no decisions based on what's best for his country or it's people, but only what's best for himself and his political standing. How so many people could still be brainwashed remains a mystery to me. :(

hehe, funny cartoon, love it! unfortunately it will be too late by the time his brain is re-created. By then the middle east will be in ruins.

:) LOVE the cartoon as well!!! And I'm all for the dictatorship, no more anonymous nasty posters that post ages after everyone else!

John Stewart was so funny at Oscar Awards, too, although parts of audience didn't get some hints -or they didn't want to- and yes, Bush and his team = Pathological liars >:(

I LOVED Jon Stewart hosting the Oscar's. I don't think a lot of people "got" him but he can do no wrong in my eyes. He and Colbert are the golden children of my television. :)
